Warranty

The SchoolPHONES warranty is simple. For one school year we will replace any SchoolPHONES product that fails in the normal course of use by ONE student.(Warranty is 90 days for lab applications where headphones are shared). We suggest the in-service date be written on the underside of the headband with a Sharpie marker to facilitate determination of warranty status. The only exclusions to our warranty are abuse (such as chewed, cut or torn cords or cleaning with alcohol based products which will damage the plastics). To exercise the warranty, slip the headphone into a package with a note explaining the problem and mail it to our address above. We will send a replacement headphones by return mail.
